Returns

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within two (2) weeks after the product has been received. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our fulfiller and incurring the shipping cost. 

We do not accept returns on hats or stickers. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within two (2) weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please fill the form of return form or you can contact us and include:

Because the items we sell are made-to-order and do not have inventory, we do not offer an exchange of an item. We ask that you return the unwanted item for a refund, and purchase the one you would like instead. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our fulfiller and incurring the shipping cost. 

Additional Information

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfiller’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfiller’s facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
